Aggressively prospect and pursue new leads through cold calls, networking, and community outreach
Assess potential clients' needs and present tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a results-driven mindset
Deliver compelling product presentations to individuals and small business owners
Provide prompt, thorough follow-up to all inquiries and appointments
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
Stay updated on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
Tenacious, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided)
Preferred
Previous sales and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus
