This Technical Consultant will gather requirements from key clients & stakeholders focused on ITOM while being hands-on in Development throughout the project.

Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team

Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

Gather requirements, and be hands-on in development

Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform

Working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
