Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document detailed ECPs specific to the Next Generation Jammer program

Lead the development, review, and approval process for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

Ensure all ECPs align with project goals, technical requirements, and budget constraints

Coordinate with engineering teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on project scope, schedule, and cost

Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to customer solicitations

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposals meet customer requirements and deadlines

Review and refine proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and competitiveness

Oversee projects within the Next Generation Jammer and Electronic Warfare programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or risks

Communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of ECPs and program strategies

Act as the primary point of contact for all ECP-related activities, and proposal submissions

Understand existing Voice of the Customer and recognize Customer needs that tie to L3H technologies
