Responsibilities

Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other members of the construction planning services team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements

Use models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase

Produce jobsite electrical installation drawings based on innovative and efficient practices

Apply BIM/VDC knowledge, concepts, and experience to size, evaluate, select, and specify raceway and wire routing for electrical power, lighting, and auxiliary systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards

Qualification

RevitNavisworksBIM/VDC knowledgeAutodesk certificationBlue Beam

Required

Bachelor's degree

2+ years related Electrical BIM Modeler experience

2+ years of Revit experience

2+ years of Navisworks experience

Autodesk certified professional

Experience with Blue Beam or another PDF editor
