Responsibilities
Set-up machine per established procedures, to manufacture products which conform to quality specifications, at the rated output
Repair, adjust and trouble-shoot machinery including dismantling, replacement of parts, and reassembling. Work with other technical support if necessary
Assign associates to alternate tasks as needed
Instruct associates on proper job methods and follow-up to be certain the instructions are understood and followed
Communicate daily with prior and post shift Line Lead Technicians regarding technical and other pertinent issues
Perform and leads preventive maintenance for respective line
Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance, including the final QC lot acceptance rate
Perform all product changeovers, assigned machine lubrications, sanitization and cleaning
Assist other technical staff on machine modifications/testing, equipment validations
Responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the process
Provide feedback to improve the production process and training organization
Order replacement parts as needed
Require to work during plant shut down periods to perform PMs and assist with Engineering projects
Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
Qualification
Required
H.S Diploma Required
3 to 5 years of related experience required
Computer skills: Proficient

Interpersonal skills: Proficient
