Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Initiatives
Partner with the C-suite to execute mission-critical workstreams across growth, operations, partnerships, and innovation
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Manage complex, cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery—ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear timelines, and measurable outcomes
Generate Insightful Analysis
Build financial models, conduct data-driven analysis, and develop strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making
Support Client Partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class clinical, operational, and financial performance for pharmaceutical partners
Enable Innovation and Scale
Identify whitespace opportunities, launch new business initiatives, and create operational playbooks to scale emerging offerings

Qualification

Required

4–5+ years at a top tier management consulting firm, investment banking, private equity, or strategic high impact roles at a healthcare startup
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable working directly with senior leaders
Strong sense of ownership; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional efforts
Willingness to travel up to 25% for high-impact initiatives

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or life sciences services a plus, but not required
