Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing asset management strategies to enhance property value and returns
Support financial modeling and performance tracking for a portfolio of ~12 properties
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on NOI, rent trends, and operating performance
Coordinate with third-party property managers on leasing, operations, and budget reviews
Analyze budgets, capital projects, and market trends to support decision-making
Help with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities
Participate in property visits to track progress on business plans and capital improvements

Required

3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, investments, or financial analysis (multifamily experience required)
Solid understanding of real estate financial statements and modeling (Excel proficiency required)

Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Eager to learn in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel as needed
