Responsibilities
Delivers a significant portion of the team’s story points consistently
Reviews code and unblocks mid-level engineers
Leads technical discussions during refinement and planning sessions
Works with Product Owner to clarify acceptance criteria
Participates in retrospectives and suggests process improvements
All committed/assigned stories in the sprint should be delivered
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
4 – 6 years of related experience
Designing systems that integrate with multiple data sources and promote FHIR communication
Always maintain data quality and code standards (using design patterns in GO lang) and also implements monitoring and alerting for both audit and error tracking
Designs APIs and data services that can be reused across multiple business domains (claims, eligibility, clinical)

Healthcare Experience
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) heavily preferred
