Responsibilities
Drive the development of a best-in-class consumer lending ecosystem
Connecting rich data assets, advanced analytics, and process automation (including AI) to deliver simple and frictionless borrowing experiences for our members
Work with a cross-functional team to design and implement a data and analytic ecosystem
Support personalization, lead generation, streamlined fulfillment, and unique member experiences
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience driving innovation, advanced analytics, and technical execution in a complex, consumer lending business with specific experience in residential lending
Strong working knowledge of modern data and analytic tools, processes, and systems, including AI/ML
Extensive knowledge of financial services vendor ecosystem with the ability to stitch together best in class offerings from multiple providers to drive seamless, connected process execution
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and influence both technical and non-technical staff
Intensely results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-performing work environment
Proven track record of winning
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in mathematics, engineering, data science, statistics, or another quantitative discipline
