Drive new business within the U.S. Transmission & Distribution staffing market
Win MSAs and preferred vendor agreements with utilities, EPCs, and T&D contractors
Build relationships with engineering, construction, operations, and procurement leaders
Partner with recruiting teams to deliver contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions
Own and grow a national book of business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of staffing sales experience in T&D, utilities, or power delivery
Proven track record of new logo development
Strong understanding of contract staffing economics
Comfortable in a PE-backed, growth-driven environment
Preferred
Existing utility, EPC, or contractor relationships strongly preferred
