Responsibilities

Serve as Freshpet’s Dayforce subject matter expert and system administrator, managing configuration, security, and functionality across all modules

Continuously optimize workflows and processes to enhance the employee and manager experience

Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement system improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy

Manage system releases, testing, and integrations to ensure stability and performance, Data Management & Insights

Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee data across the system

Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboards that provide insight into key people metrics

Champion data-driven decision-making by providing HR and leadership teams with reliable analytics

Work hand-in-hand with HR Operations and business partners to understand their needs and translate them into scalable HRIS solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while serving as the primary contact for Dayforce support and vendors

Provide ongoing training and support for HR users, empowering them to leverage the system effectively

Support HR transformation initiatives, ensuring system capabilities align with evolving business strategies

Seek opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the employee lifecycle through smart system design

Partner with the Sr. Manager, HR Operations and Transformation to drive projects that enhance the overall HR technology ecosystem
