Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals

Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements across various business functions to enhance efficiency and drive growth

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expansion

Project Management: Lead and manage a variety of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery, from concept through execution, and alignment with strategic objectives

Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategic initiatives

Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and expansion

Execution Focus: Demonstrate a strong focus on execution, taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are brought to successful completion

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a related field

Investment Banking or Private Equity experience a plus

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis

Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Demonstrated ability to bring tasks and projects from start to finish, with a focus on execution
