Responsibilities

Advise clients in connection with their commercial real estate transactions and corporate transactions
Develop a varied skilled set and work with colleagues in multiple offices
Manage matters and interact directly with clients
Draft legal documents
Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals

Required

Three to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm
Experience in managing matters
Comfort interacting directly with clients
Strong level-appropriate drafting skills
Excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence
Excellent supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States

Preferred

Experience with real estate finance
Experience with purchase and sale transactions
Experience with joint ventures
