Responsibilities
Lead all procurement activities for goods, services, and logistics (excluding feedstock and catalyst)
Manage and develop the procurement team, ensuring strong processes, effective contracting, and compliance
Oversee vendor negotiations, pricing, purchase orders, and expediting
Prepare and execute procurement strategies for high-value spend and evaluate results
Ensure adherence to internal controls, Delegation of Authority requirements, and vendor master data accuracy
Manage stores operations, including inventory accuracy, reorder levels, and obsolete stock
Support logistics contracting and advise site leadership on procurement involvement
Manage high-value or critical contracts and coordinate with other INEOS businesses to leverage total spend
Implement vendor performance management for key suppliers and support project procurement
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and corporate requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in procurement
Strong commercial, analytical, and contract law knowledge
Experience leading high-performing teams
Understanding of chemical plant operations and SAP P2P preferred
