Responsibilities
Making payments. You’ll be in charge of processing vendor bills for the U.S., making timely payments to vendors, and approving all employee reimbursements
Assist with monthly closes. By preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations, you’ll help us ensure we’re in a good place every month
Qualification
Required
Accounting degree. Through your coursework, you've compiled an excellent understanding of the ins and outs of a business—especially how a company's financials are put together
GAAP knowledge. Through your education and experience, you've developed knowledge of U.S.-based generally accepted accounting principles
Technical experience. You're proficient in Excel, and you're always looking to get even better by continuously researching Excel functions
Time management. You find it easy to meet deadlines because of your meticulous organizational skills
Self-motivated. You enjoy working independently, but you can still collaborate within a team
Preferred
Proficiency with accounting and CRM systems. We use NetSuite, Workday Financials, and Navan
Working toward a CPA. You're motivated to complete your CPA in the near future
