Landscape Designer / Sales Architect – High-End Design-Build (Long Island)
Kintec Search, Inc. is a leading New York-based landscape design-build contractor expanding its high-end residential practice. They are seeking a Landscape Designer / Sales Architect to manage projects from client discovery to construction, emphasizing design leadership and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead client consultations and shape design and budget direction
Develop master plans, planting layouts, lighting, and hardscape details
Manage proposals and the full sales cycle (inquiry → concept → contract)
Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure seamless delivery
Oversee design QA/QC to maintain constructability and aesthetic excellence
Mentor junior designers and enhance graphics and detail standards
Support marketing visuals and portfolio materials
Qualification
Required
5+ years in residential landscape architecture or design-build
Strong portfolio of estate or luxury residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit a plus)
Knowledge of planting design, grading/drainage, lighting, and hardscape detailing
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
Preferred
Licensed Landscape Architect preferred (not required)
