Responsibilities
Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture

Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Work independently or with minimal supervision as needed
Proactively troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems
Conduct installations and system upgrades
Perform routine sampling, surveys, and data entry
Maintain parts inventory and conduct cost accounting for service activities
Synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly to internal teams and customers
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of technical work experience in the water industry or related field
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems depending on business unit
Customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Able to synthesize technical information and derive actionable insights from customer experiences
Preferred
Construction or mechanical background highly preferred
