Responsibilities
Support accounting and financial reporting related to employee-related costs and corporate expenses
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Partner cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support internal controls, documentation, and audit requests
Analyze trends and variances and provide insight to leadership
Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Several years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience in a publicly traded or manufacturing environment
