Responsibilities
Provide priority support and system administration of the Cityworks asset management and workorder system for Water Utilities
Provide support and maintenance of the Utility Billing System, the Itron Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), the Linko pretreatment system, the XC2 Backflow software, the NetworkFleet GPS application, and secondary support for the SCADA system
Create custom applications and reports
Manage security access of servers and applications
Test, evaluate, maintain, and install software and equipment, both in the office and in the field
Perform some database administrative duties
Create custom web applications
Assist with integration of GIS with other applications
Perform desktop support as needed
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in information systems or a closely related field
Two years programming experience
Preferred
Experience with Cityworks and enQuesta
Programming experience with Wonderware InTouch
Programming experience with Unity Pro
Programming experience with Configwiz
Programming experience with Python
Programming experience with MS Visual Basic
Programming experience with MS VB.Net
Programming experience with MS C#
Programming experience with HTML
Programming experience with JavaScript
Programming experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Programming experience with MS Transact-SQL
