Responsibilities

Assist in creating a fleet-wide commerce plan to enhance onboard revenue strategies
Collaborate with leadership across multiple departments to collect and synthesize relevant materials
Develop timelines for project milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines
Communicate progress and recommendations
Support day-to-day tasks within the Onboard Revenue team as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Business degreeMarketing degreeHospitality degreeMicrosoft Office SuiteAnalytical skillsProactive attitudeInterest in travel industryOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with leadership and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
