This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other systems, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with various departments to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Maintain existing integrations between Salesforce and systems like Talkdesk, Iterable, and other internal services using REST, Platform Events, and middleware. Design and Build additional integrations as needed
Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, and process automation using best practices
Write clean, maintainable Apex, LWCs, and Flows aligned with platform best practices
Lead our transition from Gearset to GitHub Actions + SFDX-Hardis, improving automation and version control
Extend Salesforce capabilities with custom solutions and, where applicable, contribute to other internal applications
Identify bottlenecks, enforce data quality, and optimize runtime efficiency
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Operations to ensure cohesive cross-system workflows
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Qualification
Required
