Responsibilities

Leading formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans

Leading cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership

Leading research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases

Effectively facilitating large scale meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes

Stimulating strategic thinking in support of business direction

Developing communication vehicles (e.g., presentations, speeches) to help senior executives communicate strategy with internal and external audiences, including our C-Suite leaders and Board of Directors

Required

10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, business analytics, financial analysis, public policy, product development, or similar role(s)

5+ years of experience in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions

3+ years of experience in healthcare payor, Medicare, Medicaid or provider consulting experience

3+ years' experience presenting to Executives, demonstrating ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively

3+ years' experience working thru ambiguity, with the ability to simplify complex problems and concepts

3+ years' experience working in a matrixed environment, managing competing priorities while juggling and prioritizing concurrent projects effectively

2+ years' experience demonstrating the ability to 'manage up', influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title

2+ years' experience and / or working knowledge of health plans and payers

BA/BS degree required

MBA preferred
