Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership to advance the credit union’s mission of improving members’ financial lives
Oversees all financial and accounting functions, including asset-liability management, budgeting, financial reporting, investments, risk management, compliance, audit, and vendor management
Ensures accurate financial records and reporting, guides investment and rate decisions, and serves as liaison with regulatory examiners and auditors
Drives innovation, risk oversight, and long-term financial vision while supporting a world-class member experience
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the credit union or financial services sector
Preferred
An advanced degree/CPA
