Define and execute the commercial manufacturing strategy (DS, DP, packaging, labeling, distribution)
Establish and scale U.S.-based manufacturing sites with long-term capacity planning
Lead tech transfer, commercial process validation, and lifecycle management
Partner cross-functionally to ensure supply reliability, launch readiness, and operational excellence
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team

Qualification

PhD in relevant fieldCommercial biotech experienceScaling manufacturing sitesTechnical team leadershipExecutive communicationStakeholder management

Required

PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
15+ years in commercial biotech/pharma manufacturing or late-stage CMC
Proven experience scaling DS/DP sites and ensuring product launch readiness
Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
