Responsibilities

Rotate through various agency departments, practice groups, and teams to shadow individuals and gain insight into their clients and industry sectors

Contribute to processing tasks in a limited capacity, aligned with the specific needs of each team

Attend training sessions focused on different departments within Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) and the broader insurance industry

Support client service teams by assisting with daily service activities to ensure smooth operations

Assist with and take ownership of special projects as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skillsClient service experience

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with 1–2 years remaining and a strong academic record

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using standard office equipment

Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

Effective problem-solving skills and clear, precise communication in both written and oral forms

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Prior experience in sales or client service
