Required

A bachelor's degree in data science or computer/information science

A minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in the field of data science/analytics (e.g., developing data analytic scripts and models on complex datasets) and data engineering (e.g., data pipeline development to automate the ETL process and dataflow)

Experience with programming languages like SQL and Python

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Databricks, Azure Data Factory and Power BI

Critical thinking skills – use independent thought to obtain information and analyze complex situations and intrinsic curiosity

Effective communication skills – convey information and ideas concisely, both verbally and in writing

Project management skills – work in and/or lead teams to effectively perform work and prioritize assignments within challenging deadlines

Business Acumen – the ability to understand organizational processes and objectives as well as obtain organizational insight through effective relationships

Preferred

Understanding of SAP (e.g., database structure, tables and SAP analytics scripts)
