Own end-to-end project delivery across medium to large-scale technology initiatives
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks
Lead Agile delivery, working closely with technical and functional teams
Coordinate stakeholders across regions, time zones, and seniority levels
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high standard
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience delivering enterprise technology projects
Strong background in Agile / Scrum delivery
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and client-facing engagements
Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience working with financial services or capital markets technology
