Responsibilities

Oversee a dynamic team of full-time fitters and seasonal interns to deliver best-in-class fitting experiences that connect golfers with the perfect ball for their game

Drive strategy and execution across multiple programs, including our Tour-Level Fitting Team, robust internship initiatives, and virtual consultations

Manage event logistics, product forecasting, and inventory

Build partnerships with PGA professionals and ambassadors

Lead special events and ensure success through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required

5+ years in the golf industry with strong understanding of golfers, golf ball performance, and fitting

Detail-oriented with solid business acumen

Ability to travel extensively within the U.S. (up to 40%)

Comfortable working extended hours in outdoor environments

Valid driver's license required

Deep golf knowledge and passion for the game

Preferred

Golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred

Class A PGA Professional designation preferred
