Locum Recruiter

Radar Healthcare Providers is focused on locum tenens recruiting within the healthcare industry. The Locum Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and building relationships with providers while collaborating with account managers to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities

Communicate with hiring managers for medical facilities regularly to build relationships and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
Source, screen, and submit candidates for temporary and permanent positions all over the country
Assist with the onboarding of new hires
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Effectively coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for prospective candidates including initiating email blasts and other online media
Conduct initial phone interview for all CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates
Enter new candidates’ demographics, CV, history, licensing information, and document call notes properly into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Pass qualified leads along to the appropriate hiring manager
Follow up on hiring process from initial sourcing until the candidate begins new position to ensure a timely on-boarding process
Prepare all documentation related to compensation surveys
Travel and represent company at recruitment conferences and other events as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or General Business
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job preferred, but all experience levels will be considered
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders
Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and using a laptop and mobile device is required
Strong ability to use word processing and database applications
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Ability to travel to recruitment conferences and other events as needed, up to 15% travel

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with anesthesia specialties, including CRNAs and anesthesiologists
Experience on a Salesforce platform preferred but not required
