Responsibilities
Responsible for CNC programming using MasterCam and creating multiaxis tool paths using computer software to control machine tools for manufacturing high-performance racing engine components
Fixture and Tooling Design and CNC Setup and Operation
Qualification
Required
2-Year Technical Degree in CNC Programming with 5 years of relevant experience or Minimum 10 years of experience programming in a multi-axis CNC milling environment
7+ years in CAD-CAM programming for CNC, including tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes
Strong background in close-tolerance machining and machine setup procedures
Experience with MasterCam (multi-axis programming), CATIA V5 AMG software, and Fanuc controllers
Proven ability to generate technical and summary reports, prepare presentations, and manage projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Skilled in organizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently
Ability to design and develop associated tooling and fixtures based on engineering drawings and 3D models
Active listening, dependability, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, motivation, flexibility
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interface effectively across departments and personality types
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
