Responsibilities
Work closely with our sales team to help them understand Snyk's products during the sales process
Understand the basics of a customer's environment and Snyk's products
Interface with our internal teams, such as engineering, product, and customer success, to understand and help address customer issues
Learn about the maturity matrix at a conceptual level and how it contributes to the overall business strategy
Gain hands-on experience by performing well-defined engineering tasks like coding, testing, and fixing bugs
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of basic workflows and best practices in the developer and DevOps ecosystems
Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action
Ability to understand a customer's environment
Good written and spoken communication skills
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and seek feedback
Preferred
Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools
Contribute to open-source or developer communities
Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team
