Experience drafting subcontractor scopes or work
Contract negotiations
Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems
Full understanding of all Divisions of work
Must have a strong work ethic
Ability to forge relationships with the client base
Ability to create, manage, and update project Schedule using industry software
Successful track record managing projects greater than $15M

Qualification
Required

A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in project management on commercial construction projects
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to present information to supervisors, groups of clients, top management, or the team
Preferred
Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, P6, and/or Asta Power Project
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
