Required

Doing research for software and hardware purchases
Handling backups and antimalware
Assisting other teammates with password resets, granting permissions, software installations, and so on
Logical thinking and troubleshooting
Able to think with and create long-term solutions
Ability to research and propose the best hardware or software for any given situation
Excellent grammar and spelling

Preferred

Technical support: 2 years
An A+ Certificate or similar training certificate would be an advantage (but not required in order to apply)
