Business Development Manager- Clinical Liaison

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to build relationships with medical providers, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers, through cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries
Research market trends and customer needs to target the right audience
Initiate contact with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle
Present and demonstrate product or services that tailor towards the customer needs
Answer questions, provide customer service, and handle customer objections professionally
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, annual timeline
Track sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Follow up and provide constant communication to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Stay updated on service features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with marketing and clinical team to refine message and feedback
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Contribute to sales strategy by sharing insights from customer interactions

Required

5+ years of marketing or healthcare marketing experience is highly preferred, including experience supporting multi-location businesses
Top-tier communication skills and Business acumen
Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
self-motivated, and often have previous sales or medical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive negotiation abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
