Responsibilities
Assist in social media operation and marketing. Increase the outreach of the firm
Assist in leasing operation & create marketing campaign for units
Generate standardized notice forms, e.g. 24 notice to enter, 30 day notice of rent increase, 3 day notice to pay or vacate, etc
Trouble shoot AppFolio marketing dispersal and input missing data
Generate SOP's (standard operating procedures) for frequent/important tasks
Conduct competitive research (rent comps & sales comps)
Organize and manage Sharepoint shared drive
Qualification
Required
Diligent and outgoing college students
Desire to learn and practice property management
Professional demeanor
Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
