Responsibilities

Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via Power Bi and Qlik Sense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management

Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation

Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business

Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform

Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff
