Responsibilities

Identify and select candidates for the Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing
Conduct interviews with Independent Contractors
Negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors
Maintain positive relationships with Interpreters once on-boarded with GLOBO
Work closely with Quality Assurance and VRI Teams on new/existing hires and setting them up in GLOBO’s platform
Provide support for active interpreters in the form of 1099 verification letters, address changes, credentials updates, etc
Communicate with Quality Assurance Team daily on new hires engagement
Pull reports/data/metrics for the weekly meetings
Working closely with sales, scheduling team and operations to scale the talent pool in sync with business needs
Maintain active presence on social media platforms
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
At least 3 years direct recruiting experience or working in the language industry
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite
Fluent in English
Willingness to submit to any requested background checks

Preferred

Experience with Apple/Mac Operating System
Extensive knowledge of Asian countries and languages
Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment, without the reliance on direct authority
Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
Proven ability to interpret strategic and operational business requirements, providing expert advice and financial counsel
Broad understanding of current and emerging technology practices
High level of initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Value strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects and prioritize needs
Strong sense of service and passion for the company and business
