Law Practice
Responsibilities
Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
Ensure that case-related documents are well organized
Prepare initial drafts of pleadings and correspondence
Provide general administrative support
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Manage attorney calendar
Maintain and update documentation
Assist with discovery requests
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Experience with California and local court rules
Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
Ability to support multiple attorneys and multiple clients while working in a team
Preferred
3 years of experience in the family law environment
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
