Responsibilities
Serve as the primary lead and point of contact for planning and executing complex, large-scale events
Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to align vision, resources, and execution
Oversee all event logistics, timelines, and production workflows from concept through strike
Lead client relationships with confidence, discretion, and professionalism
Communicate clearly and consistently across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage and oversee vendors including fabrication, AV/lighting, security, permitting, rentals, catering, and more
Develop, track, and manage event production budgets from $250K to $5M+
Ensure all events are executed on-site with precision, professionalism, and care
Set expectations, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines across multiple teams and markets
Act as on-site leadership to problem-solve in real time and ensure seamless delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in event production
Proven experience managing multiple events across different markets
Extensive experience overseeing large-scale event setup, execution, and strike
Deep knowledge of current production practices, equipment, vendors, and rental costs
Strong experience with budget forecasting, management, and reconciliation
Expertise in A/V workflows for both in-person and virtual events
Understanding of the design-to-fabrication process and ability to problem-solve build challenges
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Strong client service mindset with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations diplomatically
Experience working with high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism
Willingness and ability to travel based on event schedules
