The Press Brake Operator will fabricate parts for the aerospace industry, operate CNC Press Brake Machines, and ensure adherence to quality management systems while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Set-up, load and run product into the CNC Press Brake Machine
Performs daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shift
Follow and performs inspection per Process Routing Document and legibly records results of inspection
Completes reports and other associated paperwork
Communicates with management, foreperson, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues
Follows all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms
Safeguards company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical)

Qualification

CNC Press Brake experienceInspection competenceBlueprint readingBasic mathematical skillsQuality Management Systems

Required

Must have 1 year of CNC Press Brake experience
High school diploma or GED is required
Demonstrates inspection competence
Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
