The Provider Network Development Specialist will help shape and execute market-specific Network Strategies, manage the operational readiness of network partners, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute Network Strategies in each market, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamless implementation
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and readiness for network launch
Maintain standardized workflows, checklists, and documentation
Manage contracting for new Hub & Spoke partners
Translate partner workflows into system configurations and ensure go-live readiness
Identify high-potential referral hubs and support partner engagement activities
Develop tools, templates, and enablement materials for internal and external teams
Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and collaborate on scorecards to measure network performance
Surface risks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure successful activation and utilization
Stay curious about emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance work within your function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health, or related field
5+ years in healthcare operations, implementation, program coordination, or network operations
Experience with workflow configuration, onboarding, or software implementation
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline
Comfort with dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting
Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows
A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions
The ability to travel periodically for work
Preferred
Familiarity with behavioral health, referral networks, or health IT
