Associate Account Executive
Air is the first Creative Ops platform, automating tasks for creative teams. They are seeking an Associate Account Executive to start in an SDR capacity, focusing on pipeline creation and qualification, with a clear path to promotion into a full AE role.

Responsibilities
Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls
Book high-quality meetings with qualified buyers
Partner closely with AEs to ensure strong handoffs and deal context
Learn Air's ICP, buyer personas, and sales motion deeply
Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
Consistently hit activity and pipeline generation goals
Run discovery calls and product demos
Own deals from first conversation through close
Forecast accurately and manage a healthy pipeline
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
Continue leveling up toward more senior sales responsibilities
Qualification
Required
0-3 years of experience in SDR / BDR roles, or a structured, client-facing, or competitive role (consulting, finance, ops, recruiting, etc.)
Comfortable with outbound and rejection
Curious, driven, and highly coachable
Clear and confident communicator
Organized, metrics-oriented, and accountable
Interested in building a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales
