Responsibilities
Assist with experiments, data analysis, and process testing
Support the development of new products and enhancement of existing ones
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Help design and plan production processes
Analyze and optimize processes for efficiency, cost, and performance
Troubleshoot production challenges and propose solutions
Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Assist in implementing safety procedures and monitoring risks
Participate in quality control testing and assurance activities
Assist in planning and coordinating engineering projects
Track timelines, document progress, and support reporting
Provide technical support and help train team members on new processes
Maintain accurate engineering documentation
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
Rising junior standing or higher
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork abilities
