The Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager leads cross-functional BI initiatives, overseeing project delivery, defining data requirements, and developing scalable data models and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI and analytics projects, including scoping, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder communication

Translate business needs into clear data requirements and technical specifications for reporting, dashboards, and data models

Manage and coordinate offshore BI developers and analysts to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery

Oversee the creation and optimization of analytical data models, semantic layers, and supporting data architecture

Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making

Define, maintain, and standardize KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across teams

Drive reporting and analytics for revenue performance, Salesforce pipeline metrics, forecasting accuracy, and financial planning insights

Partner with Sales and Finance to support CRM (Salesforce) reporting, revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and pipeline health analysis

Develop and enhance reporting models using financial systems such as Adaptive Insights (Adaptive Planning) or similar FP&A tools

Automate manual reporting processes and establish consistent reporting cadences for business stakeholders

Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA/PHI)

Partner with the Director of Analytics/AI to drive adoption of AI-powered tools and intelligent automation across workflows

Communicate insights, risks, and trends effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners
