They are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver essential nursing care within their detox and stabilization environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients during their detoxification journey.

Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments for new admissions
Administer medications in accordance with medical protocols and monitor client responses
Apply detox protocols and perform regular COWS and CIWA assessments as needed
Monitor vital signs, document observations, and respond proactively to emergent needs
Provide compassionate support and reassurance to clients during detox and stabilization
Communicate effectively with on-call providers and assist with any medical needs
Ensure a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment throughout the shift
Qualification
Required
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
Preferred
experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment
