Responsibilities
Lead complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas
Conduct deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction
Define and drive design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Establish and uphold design standards by contributing to and evolving our design system
Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at various levels
Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior designers
Partner cross-functionally to align teams on product vision and execution
Continuously iterate based on feedback, metrics, and evolving user needs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or mobile-first environments
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, product impact, and strong execution across platforms
Fluency in Figma and design system tools (i.e. Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook)
Working knowledge of front-end development and platform-specific constraints for web, iOS, and Android
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Preferred
Systems thinking and ability to anticipate how small decisions scale across the product
Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across functions
Strong storytelling and presentation skills that bring teams along
Passion for mentoring and helping others grow in their design careers
Deep empathy for users and a constant curiosity to uncover their needs
