Senior Human Resources Manager
Kashi Clinical Laboratories is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards while overseeing various HR functions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Kashi’s goals and objectives and workforce needs
Lead and manage the HR function (or team), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with long-term organizational objectives
Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly
Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, performance management and succession planning
Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Create and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Oversee employee relations and handle complex HR issues and disputes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Use HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and identify improvement opportunities
Drive continuous process enhancements to improve HR efficiency
Oversee performance management systems, ensuring constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals
Identify training needs and implement programs to support career growth
Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
Manage performance evaluation and reward systems to recognize and motivate employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
5-8 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager level requires 8+ years)
Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices
Proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and driving organizational change
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
