Responsibilities

Assists external clients in the analysis and implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions
Assists clients with requirements gathering to document requirements needed for software configuration
Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes
Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans
Tests and troubleshoots final system setups
Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
Analyze data to find configuration or software issues
Prepares and participates in pre-sales product demonstrations
Day-to-day tasks of client projects and implementations
Development of client presentations as required
Keep abreast of new technologies that provide efficiency gains for our clients’ businesses
Some Travel and flexibility (10 - 40%), and sometimes independently, throughout the US and Internationally

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or relevant experience
1+ years of experience in WFM/HCM/WL/WLM or other relevant platforms in Retail or Supply Chain
1+ years of experience working with the Logile software platform
Experience with labor management, forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and task management systems
Knowledge of core IE principles, including Labor Standards, MOST, time studies
Knowledge of retail labor management processes
Working knowledge of business intelligence platforms as it relates to the verticals being serviced
Excellent knowledge and functional capabilities with MS Office including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of change management principles, ability to create influence in implementing recommended solutions
Ability to speak and present yourself well with client project teams
Strong work ethic and capability to work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills
