Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
Ensure the product strategy supports overall business objectives and KPIs
Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and customer impact
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and actionable
Continuously groom the backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints
Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX designers, and technical teams to align on priorities
Manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and changes effectively
Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Make real-time decisions to unblock development and clarify requirements
Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards
Track product performance using analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on product progress and outcomes
Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
3–5 years as a Product Owner or in product management within an Agile environment
Proven success in delivering digital products or enterprise applications
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Familiarity with UX principles and customer-centric design
Background in real estate, mortgage, title/settlement services, or insurance
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
