Responsibilities

Oversees follow up service activities and suggest quality interventions and improvements in relation to NCQA and other related programs and projects

Functions as quality clinical liaison to both the community and oversite agencies, inter-departmentally, and based on those interactions recommends policy and procedural changes

Provides Psychiatric clinical services expertise to improve member outcomes

Ensures integration of care and effective utilization of resources through collaboration with all stakeholders, including review of documentation and discussions with providers, members, and stakeholders to improve the service delivery system

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree

5 or more years Behavioral Health experience

Advanced knowledge of a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment and services

Understanding of managed care policies and procedures

Understanding of the Pennsylvania Medicaid Program

Strong communication skills with diverse audiences including the ability to articulate to all levels of the organization, state contractors, and stakeholders
